Unism is a London-Warsaw based design studio established to investigate the boundary between landscape and architecture. We believe that the future is to create a homogeneous environment that blends the edge of artificial and natural. In order to achieve this goal we should utilize the latest technologies to enhance the conversation between nature and our world. The moment of fluid connection becomes an opportunity for space and experience.
Today the company has grown to over 15 employees consisting of architects, designers and programmes, and works between Warsaw’s headquarters based at Fort Mokotów- a newly converted old military base and London’s research department based at Lincoln Square.
Our work range from variety of scales starting from small interventions, research programs, product design and ending on large public buildings, museums, educational centres and factories. We believe that the key to a successful project comes from an understanding of the intertwined complexities of built environment solved by a multi-disciplinary team.
Current projects in Poland include: a private museum dedicated to Aston Martin’s classic models collection and a series of industrial projects: new bottling plant for Cisowianka mineral water company, Ecopet Factory, Intermodal Logistic Centre and W&W winery.
